CAMPBELL WALLACE FRASER

Take back control of your finances today

01.

CONTACT US

You can call us on 0800 980 4909 or fill in your details to request a call back from one of our friendly advisors who will talk through your options and your finances to work out how much you can afford to pay back each month.

03.

INFORM YOUR CREDITOS

Your creditors will receive a copy of the approved Trust Deed which will detail how much you are able to pay. This gives your creditors the opportunity to object to the Trust Deed within the time allowed.

02.

AGREE YOUR TRUST DEED

A member of our IVA team will work with you, supervised by an Insolvency Practitioner. A proposal will be drafted on your behalf for you to check and agree to and then once you’re happy, we’ll contact your creditors.

04.

APPOINTED TRUSTEE

You will have an appointed Trustee who will oversee the arrangement. If your Trust Deed does not become protected, then the Trustee may advise an alternative solution based on your individual circumstances.

KEEPING IN TOUCH

We will keep in touch with you over the next 4 years to check everything is going well. Please make sure you keep us up to date if your financial circumstances change, especially if your repayments could be affected.
